The cleanroom HVAC system is to maintain the required temperature, humidity, wind speed, pressure and cleanliness in the cleanroom. The most commonly used method is to continuously send a certain amount of treated air into the room to eliminate various heat and humidity interference and dust pollution inside and outside the cleanroom. In order to obtain a certain state of air sent into the cleanroom, a whole set of systems are needed to process the air, and continuously send the air into the room, and continuously remove part of it from the room. This whole set of systems constitutes a cleanroom HVAC system.
1. Air filtration removes all microbial particles in the supply air
2. Airflow technology makes the room sterile and dust-free
3. Positive pressure control realizes orderly pressure gradient distribution throughout the cleanroom
4. Proper temperature and humidity regulation inhibits bacterial reproduction and reduces the amount of bacteria in the human body
5. Eliminate bad indoor air and maintain good indoor air quality
