The cleanroom HVAC system is to maintain the required temperature, humidity, wind speed, pressure and cleanliness in the cleanroom. The most commonly used method is to continuously send a certain amount of treated air into the room to eliminate various heat and humidity interference and dust pollution inside and outside the cleanroom. In order to obtain a certain state of air sent into the cleanroom, a whole set of systems are needed to process the air, and continuously send the air into the room, and continuously remove part of it from the room.
