STERILE CLEANROOM
Sterile cleanrooms are widely used in biopharmaceuticals, medical device manufacturing, cell culture and other fields, and play a vital role in ensuring product quality and safety.
MAIN PARTS OF CLEANROOM
Cleanrooms usually consist of the following main parts.
Building Structure
including walls, ceilings, windows, floors, etc., generally made of materials that are not easy to generate dust, easy to clean, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, such as stainless steel, Sandwich Panels, etc., and have good sealing.
Air Purification System
- Filters: such as high-efficiency filters (HEPA) and ultra-high-efficiency filters (ULPA), used to remove tiny particles and microorganisms in the air.
- Fan: Provides power for airflow.
- Air duct: Transports purified air.
Air Conditioning System
- Temperature regulation equipment: such as refrigeration units, heaters, etc., to control indoor temperature.
- Humidity regulation equipment: such as humidifiers, dehumidifiers, etc., to maintain appropriate humidity.
Lighting System
Use UV-free, flicker-free, uniform brightness lighting fixtures to meet the lighting needs of the work area while avoiding affecting products or experiments.
