Syringe Processing Details
The main components of the syringe filling line are as follows.
Feeding System
Responsible for transporting empty syringes to the filling station in an orderly manner. Generally, conveyor belts, vibrating plates or robotic arms are used for feeding.
Cleaning and Sterilization Unit
Clean and sterilize empty syringes to ensure that they meet hygiene standards. This may include steps such as high-pressure water gun flushing, ultrasonic cleaning, and high-temperature steam or chemical sterilization.
Filling System
One of the core parts, accurately fills the liquid or liquid into the syringe through a precise metering device (such as a peristaltic pump, a plunger pump, etc.). The design of the filling head must ensure the accuracy and stability of the filling.
Sealing System
Used to seal the filled syringes. Common sealing methods include rubber stopper sealing, aluminum cap sealing, etc. The sealing equipment must ensure the tightness and reliability of the seal.
Inspection System
Including inspection of the filling amount (such as weight inspection, volume inspection), sealing quality inspection, appearance defect inspection, etc., to eliminate unqualified products.
Rejection System
According to the test results, unqualified syringes are removed from the production line to ensure product quality.
Labeling and Coding System
Affix product labels to syringes and code information such as production date and batch.
Control System
Use electrical control and automation software to monitor and coordinate the operation of the entire filling line to achieve automated production processes.
