The vial liquid filling line consists of an ultrasonic vial washing machine, dryer sterilizer, vial injectable filling machine, vial stoppering machine, and vial capping machine. It can perform a range of complex functions such as spraying water, ultrasonic cleaning, flushing of the bottle's inner and outer walls, preheating, drying, sterilization, heat source removal, cooling, bottle unscrambling, nitrogen pre-filling, filling, nitrogen post-filling, stopper unscrambling, stopper pressing, cap unscrambling, capping and other complex functions, realizing the automatic production of the entire process. Each machine can be used independently or as part of a linked production line. The line is primarily designed for the filling of vial liquid injections and freeze-dried powder injections in pharmaceutical factories and can also be applied to the production of antibiotics, bio-pharmaceuticals, chemical pharmaceuticals, blood products, and more.

Vial filling lines usually consist of the following main parts.

Vial Washing Machine
- Equip the machine with a mechanical arm for clamping various vial specifications.


- Achieve excellent cleaning performance and energy efficiency by reciprocating the motion and inserting a spraying needle for water and air washing within the vial; include an anti-vibration rack.


- Isolate the water spraying process from other pipelines to prevent cross-contamination and meet GMP standards.


- Equip a bumper block to the feeding screw mechanism to protect it and reduce the risk of bottle breakage.


- Use an imported synchronous belt to connect the block for transferring washed vials, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
- Heat the oven using hot circulating air to ensure energy efficiency and a uniform internal temperature.


- Incorporate a protection function against sudden power failure to ensure safe operation.


- Equip with a circulating water cooling device that does not consume room air volume, reduces the risk of pressure difference imbalance, and provides a satisfactory cooling effect.


- Configure an automatic pressure difference balance adjustment system to minimize temperature discrepancies and rises in the filling and washing drying rooms due to imbalances between the room and oven pressures.


- Include a DOP test port for measuring air pressure, air speed, and dust particles.


- Integrate sterilization capabilities at the cooling section, specially required by the FDA.

- Use a horizontal synchronous belt to transfer bottles at high speed for accurate operation and easy part replacement.


- Reserve a certain distance between the conveyor and the work surface to allow for Class 100 laminar flow and prevent medicinal liquid contamination from turbulent flow.


- Employ a horizontal disc to offer stoppers in the horizontal direction for convenient observation, filling, and high-speed stopper delivery.


- Equip with the option of a ceramic pump, a stainless steel pump, or a peristaltic pump.


- Incorporate 'no bottle, no filling' and 'no bottle, no stoppering' functions.


- Consider adopting an optional filling servo system (e.g., Delta, Mitsubishi, Schneider).


- Adopt PLC master control, a frequency converter, and touch screen control technology for stable and reliable operation. Ensure the touch screen displays operating status, pressures, temperatures, switch on-off statuses, faults, self-diagnosis, and troubleshooting methods for automatic control of the entire production process. Utilize a three-machine automatic balancing device in the production line for balanced and reliable production.
