As an auxiliary equipment of cleanroom, the passbox is mainly used for the transfer of small items between clean area and clean area, non-clean area and clean area, in order to reduce the number of times of opening the door of cleanroom and minimize the pollution of clean area.
Passbox is divided into three categories: 1. Electronic chain passbox 2. Mechanical chain passbox 3. Self-cleaning passbox
According to the working principle, the passbox can be divided into air shower type passbox and ordinary passbox and laminar flow passbox. Various types of passboxs can be made according to actual requirements.
Optional accessories: intercom, sterilizing lamp and other related functional components.
1. Short distance passbox work surface using stainless steel plate, flat and smooth wear-resistant
2. Long distance passbox work surface adopts non-powered roller, easy and convenient to transfer items
3. The doors on both sides are equipped with mechanical interlock or electronic interlock, electronic touch lock device to ensure that both doors cannot be in the open state at the same time.
4. According to customer needs, various non-standard sizes and floor-to-ceiling passboxs are available.
5. The air speed in the air outlet of the nozzle up to 20s or more.
6. Adopts a high efficiency filter with a partition panel, the filtration efficiency is: 99.99% to ensure the cleanroom level.
7. Adopts EVA sealing material with high airtight performance.
