The purified water equipment is used to meet the needs of various industries to produce purified water. It is mostly used in pharmaceutical, biochemical and chemical industries, hospitals, etc. The entire system is composed of SUS304L or SUS316L stainless steel materials, and must be equipped with ultraviolet and ozone sterilization devices (pasteurization is adopted in some countries where ozone is not allowed to be used) before each water point. Reverse osmosis, EDI and other latest processes are adopted as the core technology of the purified water equipment. A complete set of pure water treatment processes are designed in a targeted manner to meet the water consumption demands of purified water preparation and LVP preparation in pharmaceutical factories and hospitals.
1. The structure of the purified water machine should be simple, reliable and easy for assembly and disassembly.
2. In order to facilitate assembly and disassembly, replacement and cleaning, the executing structure should adopt standardized, universal and systematic parts as far as possible.
3. The inner and outer wall surfaces of the equipment should be smooth, flat, free of dead corners, and easy to clean and sterilize. The surface of its parts should be chromed to resist corrosion and prevent rust. The outer surface of the equipment should avoid oil paint to prevent it from peeling off.
4. Preparing purified water machine should be made of low-carbon stainless steel or other materials that have been proved not to pollute water quality. It should be cleaned on a regular basis, and the cleaning effect should be verified.
5. The material in contact with injection water must be high-quality low-carbon stainless steel or other materials that have been verified to not pollute the water quality. Preparing injection water machine should be cleaned on a regular basis, and the cleaning effect should be verified.
6. Purified water should not be stored more than 24 hours, and should be stored in storage tanks made of stainless steel or other materials that have been proved to be non-toxic, corrosion resistant and not to leak contamination ions. The air vents of the tanks should be protected by non-fiber-releasing hydrophobic bacterial filter. The inner walls of the storage tanks should be smooth, and there should be no dead corners and sand hole in joints and welds. Sensors that display parameters such as liquid level, temperature and pressure and will not cause the phenomenon of water retention should be used. The storage tanks shall be cleaned, disinfected and sterilized regularly, and the cleaning and sterilizing effect should be verified.
1. The system is fully automatically controlled (manual control can also be used), and automatic backwashing function and regeneration procedures can be set during its operation;
2. The primary reverse osmosis and the secondary reverse osmosis are equipped with return pipelines, and reverse osmosis equipment is set with chemical cleaning devices and disinfection devices;
3. PH adjustment devices are set between the primary reverse osmosis and the secondary reverse osmosis to ensure that the conductivity of equipment water produced meets the requirements of the pharmacopoeia;
4. Anti-pollution reverse osmosis membrane carrying a positive charge is used as secondary reverse osmosis membrane to ensure long-term stable operation of the reverse osmosis equipment;
5. The primary reverse osmosis pipeline is made of the 304 stainless steel, while the secondary reverse osmosis is made of the 316L stainless steel;
6. Online conductivity detection instruments are installed within both primary reverse osmosis equipment and secondary reverse osmosis equipment, so that the conductivity of water produced can be seen at any time;
7. A low pressure protection switch is set before the primary reverse osmosis, and a high/low pressure protection switch is set before the secondary reverse osmosis;
8. The recovery rate of water of the primary and secondary reverse osmosis can be adjusted, the recovery rate of primary reverse osmosis is 60%-65%, and the recovery rate of secondary reverse osmosis is 70%;
9. The pre-processing devices are all imported original parts; the pipelines between the pre-processing equipment are UPVC (unplasticized polyvinyl chloride) pipes.
10. The storage tanks of purified water are equipped with a breathing filter, and the transmission pipelines are equipped with an ultraviolet sterilizer and a microfilter to ensure that pure water meets the sanitary requirements.
