Working principle: The bottle blocking device on the conveying track blocks the bottles at the bottling station for filling. Drugs enter the filling hopper in an orderly manner through the vibration of the corrugated feeding plate, and then are quantitatively counted by the photoelectric sensor and finally get bottled at the bottling station.
1. High compatibility: The tablet counting machine (wide channel) has strong compatibility and can count and bottle solid preparations or solid particles such as tablets (including special-shaped tablets), capsules, soft capsules (transparent, non-transparent), pills, etc.;
2. Feeding through vibration: The machine feeds drugs uniformly through channel vibration and special turning packaging plate. It discharge drugs evenly and smoothly without damaging;
3. Resistance to high dust: The machine employs the anti-high dust photoelectric sensor, and can work stably even under dusty conditions;
4. Accurate counting: The photoelectric sensor automatically counts drugs, with a bottling error less than that specified by the national standard;
5. Special medicine filling nozzle is optional for small mouthed bottles and can prevent blockage and ensure fast bottling;
6. High intelligence: The machine has a high degree of intelligence, and has no bottle no counting function and multiple detection alarm control functions such as fault self-detection;
