Rubber Plug / Aluminum Cap Washing Machine is a special equipment for LVP, oral solution, powder injection, rubber plug (aluminum cap) and washing. It is provided with ultrasonic washing, silicification, pre-drying, drying, sterilization and automatic discharge functions and operations could be completed on time in the closed box. Its advantages include: small volume, complete functions, less intermediate links and cross pollution. Products can be used for next process directly after sterilization, and fully comply with the requirements of GMP pharmaceutical production management regulations.
1. The rubber plug/aluminum cap washing machine is composed of main variable speed motor, main drive shaft, washing barrel, washing tank, water pump, water filter, large-power ultrasonic washing machine, circulating fan and electric control part with reasonable structure and convenient operations.
2. The main drive controller adopts imported variable-frequency governor with small volume, large governing range and convenient operations.
3. Ultrasonic washing is adopted for the equipment which can guarantee more thorough washing of rubber plugs /aluminum caps.
4. The washing barrel is a round thin-wall barrel with sieve pores distributed around and a stirring baffle inside. The rear end is connected with the main drive shaft.
5. The washing tank is of square full-closed stainless steel structure with overflow tank on side wall and drainage pipe underneath. It is connected with a circulating pump and water filter, between which a water sampling diaphragm valve is installed.
6. The pipeline system in rubber plug/aluminum cap washing machine is installed at the rear of the main body with solenoid valves of different specifications. The whole inlet and outlet water are controlled automatically by the solenoid valve. Circulating water is sprayed into washing tank after filtering by precision filter (0.22u) to ensure cleanliness of water.
7. Fresh air, circulating air and air discharge valves are installed on the top which can control air volume as required. Besides, a fan is mounted in the middle to form the whole circulating system.
8. In the middle part of the washing barrel, a sight glass is installed to observe operating condition of drum inside and water level.
9. The control part is installed with a printer which can store and print washing time and temperature of washing and sterilization.
10. The whole process is completed as per the sequence of feeding—water supply— preliminary washing—water drainage—fine washing—water drainage— drying— sterilization—discharging. Upon completion of discharge, "Stop" button is pressed to stop the process.
