Bottle blowing machine is a kind of equipment manufacturing hollow bottles with plastic particles through blow molding. The common types include: one-step extrusion blow molding machine using PPE and PE, two-step injection-stretch-blowing machine using PET, PE or PP and newly developed multilayer hollow extrusion blowing and stretch blow molding machine.
Most bottle blowing machines are two-step bottle blowing machine, that is, plastic raw material shall be made into bottle preform before blowing. Currently, PET which is a kind of environment-friendly plastic is commonly applied. Blow molding machine: after the liquid plastic is sprayed out, the wind blown by the machine is used to blow the plastic body to a certain shape of die cavity to make a product. This kind of machine is called blow molding machine. It is one of bottle blowing machine, and also called as hydraulic bottle blowing machine.
Plastic hollow bottles are widely applied in beverage, medical, cosmetic, food and chemical industries on account of its light weight, lost price and high safety. More and more manufacturers would like to use plastic bottles instead of conventional glass bottles. Nowadays, a steady flow of the most advanced equipment, molds and materials are developed in plastic industry, new technologies and applications emerge in endlessly and innumerable great achievements have been made in plastic hollow molding field. With rapid rise of petroleum price worldwide, the price of plastic raw material is staying at a high level. Therefore, replacement of expensive raw materials is one of market trend.
1. The bottle blowing machine is mainly divided into three types: extrusion blowing machine, injection blowing machine and bottle blowing machine with special structure. The processing technologies mainly contain two types: one-step molding and two-step molding, which are mainly applied for molding of PET and BOPP hollow containers. Both of them have their own advantages and widely applied. In comparison, two-step molding is more suitable for centralized production of preform and decentralized bottle blowing while one-step molding is better for on-line production of beverage enterprises.
2. 6 steps are mainly included in the blowing procedure of bottle blowing machine:
1) Placement of heated parison into the mold;
2) Lock of mold with mold locking cylinder;
3) Lock of preform mold with high-pressure or mechanical structure;
4) Pre-blowing with medium/high pressure and stretching of air cylinder to expand preform mold;
5) High-pressure blowing to finalize preform on the mold and maintaining pressure for a certain time;
6) Release of high pressure in shaped bottles and bottle taking by resetting air cylinder.
3. The pneumatic equipment is often applied during operation of bottle blowing machine. For example material feeding, locking, stretching, high-pressure blowing/ discharging and bottle taking always are completed with the aid of pneumatic equipment. The circuit for stretching and high-pressure blowing/ discharging is divided into two parts, that is normal pressure part and high pressure part.
