The tablet capsule counting bottling filling line is a complete automatic counting and bottling line consisting of automatic bottle loading machine, automatic electronic counting and bottling machine, automatic paper/desiccant filling machine, automatic cap loading and cap screwing machine, automatic electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing machine and automatic round bottle adhesive sticker labeling machine. It can complete the processes of bottle unscrambling, tablet or capsule counting, cap screwing, aluminum foil sealing, labeling, etc., and is of high automation and stable operation. It can realize counting and bottling of capsules, tablets and special-shaped tablets by replacing simple molds.

The machine has strong adaptability and is equipped with dust collector. It can meet various filling volume and dosage forms. It is unnecessary to change molds for different materials. According to different output, 12-, 16-, 24- or 32-channel electronic tablet/ capsule counting machine can be selected.
