The bottle blister packing machine is mainly used for the automatic forming of plastic trays for ampoule bottles, vial bottles, vial powder bottles, freeze-dried powder vial bottles, syringes and oral liquid bottles, as well as automatic loading of bottles.
Blister packing machine integrates stations for film feeding, film preheating, film-stretching, film blowing molding, inspections on micro-hole, broken or defects of plastic trays, medicine bottle feeding, visual inspection, film sealing, punching, waste removing, etc. Users can set part of these stations according to different drugs, and can use the machine to deal with different bottles by selecting different tray molds and feeders.
1. Structural design of the machine meets the requirement of the GMP standard, and PCL (programmable logic controller) human-machine interface control is adopted;
2. The machine applies advanced servo intelligent drive, and the main motor employs frequency conversion regulation;
3. The machine has the professional servo feeding system special for syringes/ampoules;

9. The heat sealing cylinder automatically separates objects from molds after heat-sealed, which prevents scalding of packed objects and prolongs the service life of the machine.
10. Devices for forming, hot-sealing, batch printing, indenting, punching, etc., are all positioned by spindles with racks. Where handle levels are cranked, devices can move freely along the spindle, and can be calibrated and positioned according to scales and nuts.
11. The machine has functions of eye-mark register heating, positive pressure forming, differed reticulation of upper and lower film, cylinder heat sealing, automatic material feeding, automatic indentation, batch no printing and punching. It is easy to operate and of reliable operation.
12. Mechanical punches are configured for the positive pressure forming process, which ensures that the blister is formed uniformly and stiffly. The machine can be used to pack syringes, vial bottles, ampoules, etc.
