The pre-filled syringe filling and sealing machine is mainly used for unpacking, film removal, filling and stoppering of disposable syringes in honeycomb trays in pharmaceutical factories. A tray with empty syringes is usually manually put in a tray bracket, and manually taken out after all the filling and sealing steps are completed. And then another tray with empty syringes is put into the bracket.
The application of the pre-filled syringe filling and sealing machine can realize high-capacity production of medicine, food, and daily-chemical products, thereby helping those enterprises to achieve the purpose of high-speed production. 1. The machine uses servo control system to automatically complete such process as unpacking of honeycomb trays, film removal, transferring, filling, rubber stopper sending, stoppering, tray feed-out, etc. Integrating mechanical and electrical control, it has stable operation and high degree of automation.
2. It uses both servo system and air cylinder to take syringes out of the honeycomb trays and then put them back automatically.
3. It uses servo system to control and rotate the ceramic pump or metal pump for filling, with high filling accuracy and convenient adjustment.
4. It is equipped with detection systems at filling station, stopper transferring station and stoppering station, which can realize online detection for filling needle position, stoppers conveying and stopper position.
5. There is no friction between rubber stoppers and the liquid and between rubber stoppers and the lower track during the stopper transferring process, and stoppers are always under the protection of laminar flow, thus to avoid the risks of generating particles and pollution.
6. Its main transmission components are all servo-driven, and are located in the lower part of the machine frame, which can be accurately positioned and avoid environmental pollution.
7. It is designed and developed by integrating and developing various advanced technologies and combining modern filling principles, which is sterile and can be configured with ORABS system, and the CIP/SIP (cleaning in place / sanitization in place) system for filling is optional.
8. The high configuration model of this machine can fully comply with the EU GMP and US FDA standards.
