Aseptic prefilled syringe filling and sealing line is mainly used for the unpacking, tearing, filling, and plugging of disposable syringes in honeycomb trays in pharmaceutical plants. It is available for all kinds of bagged/nested boxes plastic/glass pre-filled syringes.
Marya PFS filling line is mainly used in the field of biomedicine, suitable for the production and packaging of various sterile high-value products such as vaccines, biological products, biochemical products, antithrombotic drugs, monoclonal antibodies, small molecule heparin, insulin, interferon, rheumatoid arthritis, pharmaceuticals, beauty products(hyaluronic acid), etc. The finished prefilled syringes can also be used for ophthalmic, dental, otological, orthopedic, and gynecological surgical flushing in medical industries.

(2)Many control technologies are used to automatically control and monitor the whole production process, such as high precision colored touch screen operation monitoring, PLC automatic control&automatic protection, host frequency conversion speed regulation, etc.;
(3)Adopting servo control system to automatically complete the processes of honeycomb tray unpacking, tearing film, conveying, filling, plug feeding, plug filling and tray output. It's with electromechanical integration control, stable operation and high degree of automation;
(4)Automatic removal and return of the syringe from the honeycomb tray by means of a servo system combined with a cylinder;
(5)During the transport process, there is no friction between the rubber stopper and the contact surface of the liquid medicine and the bottom rail. The stopper is always protected by laminar flow, avoiding the risk of particles and contamination in syringe filling line;
(6)Our main drive components of the machine are servo-driven and are located in the lower part of the machine frame, which allows precise positioning and avoids pollution of the environment;
