The vial filling machine is a new product developed by our factory to adapt to the development of world's biological and blood product engineering. This machine has advanced control system, accurate filling, stable performance and beautiful appearance. It is an ideal product for freeze-drying injections, liquid injections and blood products.
This vial liquid filling machine is a filling, stoppering and cap screwing (capping) machine for vial bottles. It adopts a closed high-precision cam-position mechanism, having reliable operation and long service life. The cam-position mechanism is simple in structure and can be used for a long time without maintenance.
The machine is mainly suitable for filling, capping and cap screwing (capping) of various low-dose liquids like penicillin. It is widely applied in such fields as pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries and scientific research institutions. It can be used separately or together with the bottle washing machine, tunnel dryer sterilizer to form a production line. It meets the GMP requirements and accepts electrical configuration upgrade requirements of customers.
