Product Introduction
The Pharmaceutical Sterilizer/Autoclave is a new generation of pressure steam sterilizing cabinet of stainless steel with automatic program control and two rectangular doors. The temperature and time curve is automatically drawn and recorded, and preset, display and printing functions of F0 value are configured. This cabinet adopts high-performance PLC for monitoring and control during the whole sterilization process and be provided with manual and automatic operation systems. Besides, it is equipped with standard interface for GMP validation and such functions as pre-vacuum pumping, quick sterilization under high temperature and fast cooling after sterilization. With unique reverse voltage protection, it can be used for reliable sterilization of all kinds of thermal-resistant loosen-packed, bottled, canned and flexible packaged products. It is widely applied for sterilization of articles in central supply department and operating rooms of hospitals, pharmaceutical factories, laboratories and R&D centers.
The sterilization principle of steam sterilizer is vacuum pumping mechanically to form negative pressure in the sterilizer cabinet so that steam can penetrate to inside of articles quickly for sterilization. The sterilization is started when steam pressure reaches 205.8kpa and the temperature reaches 132℃ or above. After the set sterilization duration is over, vacuum pumping is performed to dry the sterilized items quickly. According to different vacuum pumping times, the steam sterilizer can be divided into pre-vacuum type and pulse vacuum type, while the later can discharge air more thoroughly in several times vacuum pumping thus to ensure more reliable effect for vacuum effect.

Adopting cylinder driven lock system, the sterilizer is operated flexibly and simply with no need for maintenance. Reliable mechanical and electrical interlock ensures operation safety.
2. Chamber body and inside chamber are finely fabricated;
The chamber body is of horizontal rectangular structure which is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with Steel pressure vessels and Supervision regulation on pressure vessel technology.
The chamber body is made of 2 layers which are good for preheating, drying and continuous operation during sterilization. The inner layer is fabricated from SUS 304 stainless steel and be subjected to mechanical finishing, which is clean, smooth, bright and corrosion resistant.
3. Durable dovetail sealing ring is adopted with good sealing performance, high-temperature resistance and strong elastic strength.
The door seal is made up of silicone rubber which can withstand high temperature above 200℃ and unique dovetail embedded design is adopted to ensure sound sealing of doors.
4. Reliable and stable microcomputer automatic control on data recording, printing and storage;
The main control system adopts world-known branded PLC with touch screen to ensure reliable running. For data management, instant print and print after storage in CF card are both available.
5. Fine decorated shield
The shield of sterilizer cabinet is made of wire-drawing stainless steel sheets, which is beautiful, durable and facilitate for cleaning.
6. Best thermal insulation
The thermal insulation adopts polyurethane with good performance which is fabricated on site through foaming process to realize best thermal insulation.
7. Pressure maintaining inactivation systems and inactivating tank inactivation systems meeting requirements of PIII and PIV laboratories are optional.
8. B.D. testing program is attached to test equipment performance and sterilization effect.
