The cartoning machine is composed of stations for material feeding, operating manual folding, cartons spreading, drugs and manuals feeding, batch number printing, sealing and finished product discharge. It integrates mechanical, electrical, optical and pneumatic functions with automatic control to realize automatic drug packaging. Inspections are carried out at each step to automatically reject unqualified products and ensure qualification rate of finished products. The machine controls human errors to a minimum, effectively avoids quality reduction by preventing drugs from being polluted in the packaging process, and thus guarantees production of drug packaging.
Applicable objects: blisters, injection trays, bottles, ointment and rectangular or sheet shaped items.
1. All external hood of the machine is composed of high-quality 304 stainless steel cover and aluminum alloy framed tempered glass protection door with built-in Schneider magnetic switches (certified by CE). When the protection door is opened during the normal production process, the machine will automatically stop working to ensure safety of the operator.
2. The machine adopts horizontal cartoning method. Paper boxes are conveyed onto rotary chains through the suction cup. The rotary chains run continuously in the same direction. And paper boxes and drugs are all fed horizontally.
3. The whole machine performs cartoning constantly in a stable operation state. Noise caused due to mechanical operation as well as loads of the machine are minimized.
4. Drugs are cartoned through multiple channels and at multiple stations. As pushers, drugs and paper boxes are in synchronous operation, the pushers push drugs into boxes within a certain distance with the linear cam mechanism. And drugs are filled into boxes under the condition of no any impact.
5. The touch screen of the human machine interface is used to conduct a dialogue with the machine to realize adjustment of the process of each station, statistics of production status and display of fault and alarm.
6. Adopts PLC (programmable logic controller) control, and the photoelectric detection mechanism can automatically display, alarm and reject paper boxes carrying insufficient drugs or jammed paper boxes. Therefore, almost 100% qualified rate is ensured. In addition, the automatic counting result of packed paper boxes will be displayed on the touch screen.
7. Main motor adopts frequency conversion regulation.
8. The machine employs more than one highly reliable mechanical automatic overload protection devices, so that the machine can protect itself and avoid damage in case of emergencies during operation.
9. When dealing with different drugs or boxes, there is no need to replace any parts. Users can directly adjust the mechanism without tools. Each part needing adjusting can be fastened by tightening screw with a handle, which is easy to operate.
10. All parts directly exposed to drugs including the secondary material feeding hopper, are made of stainless steel and non-toxic materials, in line with GMP requirements.
11. Main functions: Automatic manual folding (1-4 fold(s)) and conveying; automatic material separation and feeding; automatic paper boxes opening up, automatic manuals and materials feeding, synchronous (three-phase) batch number printing, automatic carton sealing and automatic waste removing.
