The ampoule washing drying filling sealing production line is composed of vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine, hot air circulating sterilizing tunnel oven and vertical filling and sealing machine. All those three single machines can work together as a unit, or be used separately.
The ampoule filling line is suitable for the production of 1~20ml ampoule bottles; the production line can complete multiple processes automatically, including water spraying, ultrasonic washing, compressed air blowing, circulating water flushing, compressed air blowing, clean water flushing, compressed air blowing, preheating, high temperature sterilizing, cooling, pre-filling of nitrogen, filling, after-filling of nitrogen, drawing sealing and so on.

1. The vertical bottle washing machine adopts a mechanical arm to grip bottle and therefore is suitable for ampoule bottles with various specifications;
2. The bottle washing machine has good cleaning effect and saves energy by inserting spraying needle into the bottle for water and air washing alternatively, and is equipped with a rack for anti-vibration, so as to improve the accuracy of inserting spraying needle and reduce the occurrence of bottle breaking and ensure versatility.

1. The hot air circulating sterilizing tunnel oven adopts a tunnel-type structure dividing into three sections, named preheating section, high temperature section and cooling section. Heated by hot circulating air, the machine is energy-efficient with uniform temperature inside.
2. The hot air circulating sterilizing tunnel oven is equipped with circulating water cooling device and automatic pressure difference balance adjustment system, which doesn’t consume air in the room, reduces the risk of pressure difference imbalance and has satisfactory cooling effect.
3. The hot air circulating sterilizing tunnel oven mesh belt can be equipped with ultrasonic and CIP (cleaning in place) systems, and the oven can be washed with high pressure water from all dimensions and multiple angles.

The filling and sealing machine transfers bottles uniformly, ensuring low bottle breakage rate. It performs accurate filling and measuring on ampoule bottles with stainless steel pump and ceramic pump through linear successive filling method; it can be filled with nitrogen before or after filling to ensure quality of medicine. And the machine has many functions, including stopping filling if without bottle.
