Product Introduction

The stainless steel tank is used in many fields such as food and beverage, beer and liquor engineering, fine chemical engineering, biopharmaceutical engineering and water treatment engineering. It serves as a kind of good storage equipment with advantages of convenient operation, corrosion resistance, strong production capacity, easy-cleaning and shockproof functions, etc. It is a key equipment for storage and transportation in production.

Classification:

1. The storage tanks can be devided into vertical and horizontal storage tanks, tanks with single layer, double layers or three layers.

2. The tank body adopts vertical or horizontal structure with single or double insulating layer(s). Insulation materials can be choosed according to customers’ requirements.

3. Select different storage tanks according to their storage capacity (ranging from 50L to 15000L). It is recommended to use outdoor storage tanks if the storage capacity is above 20000L. The storage tank is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel.

4. The storage tank has good heat insulation performance. The auxilary configurations of the tank is as follows: mixer, CIP (cleaning in place) spraying nozzle, manhole, temperature hole, liquid level indicator, anti-bacterial breathing hole, pure water sampling port, material inlet and outlet, etc.
